Property Access

  • The road into the neighborhood and the driveway are both steep and gravel. It is plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required to access the property in winter months, and chains may also be necessary.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Firewood may be added by reaching out to the host more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
  • Guests returning to Hidden Creek Cabin may receive a discount of 10%, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent.
  • This property is pet friendly for up to three (3) mature, well-trained dogs. Pet rent is $25/night per pet.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Kitchen is well stocked with utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are enough for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
  • The spiral staircase in the home is narrow and creaks.
  • Amenities include: climate control, high-speed internet, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven, hot tub, TV, ironing board & iron, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide detector.
